Color you can see without looking
The whole tuner turns one color when you are flat, another when you are in tune, and another when you are sharp. Notice it from the corner of your eye while you read the score.
A4 from 438 to 444 Hz
Match the pitch of your orchestra, choir or piano. Most orchestras tune between 440 and 443.
For every instrument and voice
Concert pitch, or written pitch for B♭, E♭ and F instruments. Note names in C D E or Do Re Mi.
Reference tone
Play a steady note to tune to by ear, at the A4 you chose.
How to use it
Start the microphone
Press Start microphone and allow the browser to use it. Nothing is recorded or sent anywhere: the sound is analysed on your device.
Choose A4 and colors
Pick your reference pitch and a color set. The color-blind friendly set uses blue, yellow and orange.
Play and glance
Put your phone beside the music stand in full screen. Adjust until you see the in-tune color.
