Getting started
Placement lesson
Send a message on the Contact page. Mr. Ken will set up a short placement lesson on Google Meet to hear where you are and suggest a plan. Mr. Ken tells you the fee by message. You do not need an account yet.
Create your account (1 minute)
Tap Log in → Continue with Google and choose your Gmail. The account is free. Tell Mr. Ken which email you used so he can add your tuition to your account.
Pay your tuition
Go to My account → Upgrade or renew and choose the plan Mr. Ken prepared for you. In Vietnam, scan the VietQR code (amount and payment code are filled in). In the U.S., pay by Zelle and include the payment code. Then tap "I have paid". When Mr. Ken confirms, your account becomes Student and you get an email.
Every week
Lesson schedule
Mr. Ken sends a Google Calendar invitation with a Google Meet link that repeats every week. It shows in your own time zone and reminds you before each lesson. At lesson time, open the event and tap Join with Google Meet. If you need to reschedule, tell Mr. Ken as early as possible.
Getting ready online
Use headphones, a quiet room and a stable connection. For singing or instruments: if Google Meet offers Noise cancellation (Settings → Audio), turn it off so your sound is not cut. To time your practice, use the Study clock at the bottom of every page.
Assignments and feedback
Go to My account → Submissions: record right on the page or upload files (Word, PDF or audio, up to 20 MB each). Mr. Ken listens, writes feedback and may send back corrected files. You get an email when feedback is ready.
Materials
Open the Library for materials, scores and practice videos available to your account level.
Your plan and renewal
Tuition is paid per plan with a time limit, for example 8 lessons in 6 weeks. Your expiry date is shown in My account. To renew, choose your plan again in My account.
