Consulting and events

For schools, churches and arts organizations.

I am seeking new collaborations in Houston and beyond. Whether you are building a music program from nothing or raising an existing choir or orchestra to the next level, I can help.

Music program consulting

Curriculum, ensemble structure, audition systems and repertoire for schools and churches.

Concerts and events

Concept, programming, rehearsals and production for concerts, recitals, charity events and lecture-concerts such as "Value of Time".

Guest conducting and clinics

Concerts, festivals and rehearsal clinics for your ensembles.

International connections

I have connected Vietnamese music leaders with international institutions, including North Park University.

How we work together

  1. Conversation

You tell me about your musicians, goals, dates and budget.

  2. Proposal

I send a written plan with scope, schedule and fee.

  3. Rehearsals and production

We work with your team on every detail.

  4. Performance and review

After the event we review what worked and plan what comes next.

Tell me what you are preparing for.

A competition, an audition, a first conducting lesson or a concert season. Write to me and I will reply within a few days.
